15 mentors at the Senior Management level from the National Australia Bank (NAB) will be paired with up and coming researchers or research support staff in the five WiSPP institutes, for the launch of this unique cross-sector mentoring program.

As part of this program, 30 WiSPP scientists and support staff will participate in sessions on growth mindset, coaching essentials, personal leadership and communication styles.
