I am a neuroimaging scientist who is passionate about applying novel non-invasive imaging methods to study brain function and pathology. I am currently investigating potential neurochemical biomarkers in Alzheimer’s disease with magnetic resonance imaging.
WiSPP is important to me because it represents the work that has to happen to ensure equality in STEM is attained. I have firsthand experience of some of the issues that surround inequality in science and feel driven to be part of the solution by getting involved in WiSPP.
