Dr Rhea Longley
My research focuses on understanding naturally acquired immune responses following malaria infections. I aim to utilise and apply my findings to contribute towards accelerated malaria elimination through the development of sero-surveillance tools and the identification of novel vaccine candidates.
I was a member of the WiSPP Cross Institute Task Force in 2018 and joined the WiSPP committee to continue this great work to facilitate positive change to ensure more women hold senior science positions.
