Navigating a career in academia is challenging and complex at the best of times; throw a global pandemic into the mix and these challenges are amplified.

These coaching workshops were designed to help participants to uncover and celebrate their strengths, and to identify and better understand their challenges.

Here’s what some participants thought:

It was very helpful to learn strategies and resources I can use in the future. I feel more comfortable facing challenges when I know I can structure a plan.

Thank you Marie for such a great workshop - the way you present the tools and hold space for us to reflect and learn about ourselves, and from each other, was really great.
