Why US? Keeping Capability.
This is about building a narrative to demonstrate why yours is the best team for this research proposal. The workshop exercise reframes typical gender-based career narratives away from the cards you have been dealt and towards how to play those cards and win the game.
This will centre around a ‘Team SWOT analysis’ – what are its Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. We will then formulate strategies to leverage strengths, counter weaknesses, and take up opportunities to offset threats. We will consider:
How your AIs and CIs add to your team to fill ALL the requirements for skills, experimental systems etc in the research proposal, and how you can close any gaps.
How you can demonstrate genuine collaboration with each member of the team despite differing levels of experience.
